Le Bistro Le Cerf-Volant est un « apportez votre vin » de Tétreaultville, situé dans l’espace rénové de l'ancienne Taverne Reeves. Mené par Matthieu Bonneau et Benjamin de Châteauneuf, ce bistro propose une cuisine bistronomique moderne, mettant en avant des produits frais et de saison, servis dans une ambiance conviviale et élégante. Le décor, signé par l’atelier Catherine Catherine, marie harmonieusement l’héritage du lieu avec une touche contemporaine. Le menu, conçu par Robert Lapaj, se distingue par sa créativité et ses associations de saveurs uniques. Les spécialités et coups de coeur des clients sont certainement les pierogies aux champignons ainsi que le fameux beignet au bacon et butterscotch.

J’avais vu la place sur Tik Tok, le concept apportez votre vin est toujours interessant quand la nourriture est plus dispendieuse. En fait je préfère payer mon plat cher que de payer un montant pour un vin qui est vendu presque la moitié du prix à la SAQ. L’entrée de foie gras très goûteux et agréable en bouche. Pour ce qui est des pétoncles c’est un peu décevant la sauce était un peu pâteuse et fade malheureusement. La cuisson de la joue de bœuf était parfait mais sans beaucoup de saveur le chimichurri à mon avis n’est pas un mix avec une joue de bœuf. L’aligot n’était pas un vrai aligot ou pas réussi. Il manquait d’assaisonnement en fait un peu partout. Les desserts étaient top ! Le beignet wow ! Et le dragon fruit frais et agréable. Un super service par contre de la part d’Audrey avec des suggestions de sorties. Même le gérant (ou proprio) est passé à notre table. Bien certainement que ce sont mes opinions et peut-être qu’un autre client sera davantage impressionné par les plats. Malheureusement ça n’a pas été le cas pour moi, mais je suis contente d’avoir essayé.

Menu alléchant et convivial. Option de plat ou de table d’hôte. Choix d’un repas de pâtes pour enfants. Délicieux et apportez votre vin. Par contre, aucune boissons gazeuses ou jus, pour les enfants, autre qu’un mocktail.
