Kat was a warm host, eager to please. Rachel served us and set a comfortable pace. The guys had the special - grilled salmon on oyster chowder, unique and flavorful. The bison ribs were tender with quite a kick! The scallops on autumn hash were seared and perfectly cooked. Loved the flourless chocolate cake and key lime pie. Adjacent table was very loud, making our time with Canadian friends difficult to hear and enjoy.

This is one of northern Colorado’s finest - and least pretentious - dining experiences. The food and service were excellent, the ambience comfortable and friendly, and we’re only sorry we waited so long to try Bistro Nautile out. We’ll definitely be back.

This was our first time in Bistro Nautile and we will probably return soon. I had the Sea Bream special and it was delicious! I appreciated the generous portion of potatoes with the fish because it help me get all the delicious goodness of the spinach and leek sauce that was under the sea bream. The fish was excellent. Having it pan fried and roasted was unique and delicious. My husband had the Frenchee Drumettes for his entree. He is not much of a fish eater and with that, was somewhat limited in choices. His mojito was just OK. He prefers it to be sweeter than what he had. Ambiance was a bit eclectic. I like that couples even sat at the counter! The restaurant was at capacity and we still were able to carry on a nice conversation.

Outstanding service by Rachel. Excellent wine and cocktail selection. We had the special sautéed squid as an appetizer and it was phenomenal. We had the short rib entree and it was delicious. I got the flourless chocolate cake and it was divine. Love the menu, vibes, and service. Truly an outstanding night at Bistro Nautile.

I truly love this place and will return. However, the muscles broth was way too salty, and I couldn’t take advantage of that with the lovely baguette. And my friend mushroom tagliatelle had very little pasta and maybe two bites worth and tons of red onion. The short ribs on the table next to us looked amazing though.

I often get seated in the way back by the restrooms, but would really like to sit closer to the front
