Good food, kind of pricey. I think they could just work on the timing of the arrival of drinks/food items so it is more in line with fine dining.

Waitress was very attentive, but not intrusive. Food was excellent (beef Wellington, Black Sea bass, seafood and pasta). It was served hot and the portions were good. Shared the chorizo and it was terrific.

Two of my grandkids and I went to Bistro North for Happy Hour. This restaurant has always been excellent, but tonight it was over the top!

An amazing spot in Dillon. The food was wonderful, presentation was lovely. The staff was attentive, but not obtrusive- and very kind, even with a full restaurant. The space had an upscale feel, but not pretentious at all - and the large bouquet of fresh flowers at the host stand, was a nice touch as guest came in from the snowy cold evening.

The restaurant gave us a special card on our anniversary; the same thing happened on a birthday. What a wonderful touch. That set the mood for a great dinner -- great food, great service and warm hospitality. It is becoming our favorite place for a special dining experience.
