   Love going here - so much better than other Brazilian Steakhouses and much less crowded due to the smaller venue than some others. Staff is fantastic!

   The absolute worst experience ever. This place is not worth the money you will spend. The service was absolutely terrible. We were skipped over multiple times. I would not recommend this place for a date night to anyone.

   We visited this Brazilian steakhouse today for Valentine’s Day, and it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and romantic, perfect for a special celebration. The service was outstanding—our servers were attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. They ensured our plates were always full and went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. The rodizio experience was incredible, with a wide selection of perfectly grilled meats served on skewers. Each cut was flavorful and tender, showcasing authentic Brazilian churrasco at its finest. The salad bar was also impressive, offering fresh and delicious sides that complemented the meats beautifully. We couldn’t have asked for a better Valentine’s Day dinner. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience with excellent service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended! Saludos para nuestra mesera colombiana !!

   We enjoyed our valentine day. Meat was seasoned well & prepared the way we requested. Only thing I don’t like is the fact you can’t take your leftovers. I’ve never not been able to take with me what I paid for. The drinks tasted like a mocktail instead of a cocktail. Other than that it was a decent experience.

   We enjoyed another great meal here this evening. We celebrated Valentine's Day. They have a nice salad bar, but of course you have to be really careful not to fill up on salad or you will be unable to enjoy the delicious bites of the wide variety of meats that they offer ! A few of our favorites are the filet mignon, the top sirloin, the bottom sirloin, the little chicken drumettes -the bacon wrapped chicken, the pork ribs, and they are now offering caramelized, pineapple, sliced right off the sword. My granddaughter and I could not get enough and probably had about four or five servings. It was absolutely delicious. They also bring a basket of Brazilian rolls, a small side of mashed potatoes and a small side of plantains , in all honesty they are really not needed, but it's very nice and makes your meal complete. I have to tell you those Brazilian cheese rolls are addictive!!! I didn't realize that Bitelo's is family owned and operated ! I was chatting with one of the young gentlemen that bring around the tasty meats and told him that I recognized many of the people that were serving and the manager as well and that's when I found out they are all siblings. That's truly amazing. They do an absolutely incredible job of customer service. In fact I don't know other restaurants where they pull your chair out. Wait for you to sit down, put your chair back in and place your napkin back in your lap! They are just so respectful and so kind. The ambience is very nice. They play some music in the background it's pleasant, but it definitely does not cause problems when you converse it's kept fairly low volume wise. The dining area is quite large and they have a beautiful bar on one side of the room, we also noticed a private dining area , so I'm sure that can be utilized for special events. The three of us really enjoyed our meal and had a great time !!

   Excellent everything. Love the people and attention to detail. Would recommend every time over that other one at the Arboretum. Cook on meats was spot on. Don't forget to try the pineapple.

   Such a wonderful time. The service was unbelievable. Food was salt forward but that is typical of Brazilian steakhouses. We’ll go again purely for the attentive staff, the food really is quite good and was basically a bonus on the ambiance.
