At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza.
Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. At Bivio all of our dishes are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

Absolutely amazing experience. By far, the best Napoletana style pizza I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We had the Funghi and margarita pizzas. The artichoke appetizer was out of this world too. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent food and friendly service in a warm, hip atmosphere. This is absolutely the best pizza. The staff is professional and accommodating. Bivio never disappoints!

Wonderful experience (as always). I plan to return. l as much as I can. Everything & everyone was wonderful. Food was phenomenal. The was fantastic. Staff was so kind. Restaurant was clean. I always enjoy the Funghi pizza but yesterday I was forced to enjoy the Smoked Margarita which is also also top tier. And it was very enjoyable!

All around incredible experience. The food and the service could not have been better. I look forward to our next dinner at Bivio every time we have dinner there.

Absolutely wonderful pizza and ambience. Great if you like real Neapolitan pizza. Owner and staff are great and really love what they’re doing. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Always a delight going to Bivio. They have elevated pizza to an art form. Excellent, friendly service. Everything about it is wonderful!
