We will not be dining at this location again. We made reservations via Open Table for the points accumulation and the hostess canceled it instead of checking us in. So we had to contact Open Table to get our points. Thank you Open Table for fixing that. The hostess had terrible ‘bedside manner’ and did not communicate with another hostess effectively to seat us when we specifically asked for a booth. The volume of customers was low. The secondary hostess sat us and we asked if she could ask the manager to turn the AC as it was freezing and the hostess said they do not have control of the AC. We stated it didn’t hurt to ask. She was dismissive. Our waiter was nice enough and personable but his time management was off. Dirty silverware, asked for clean sets, took forever to get the new sets after our food arrived we had to flag down a gentlemen who was bringing food out for other tables. Our waiter finally brought the silverware and it was fine. Never asked how the food was, and it was actually very good. Went the the rest room and the hostess with no ‘bedside manner’ was in the bathroom on her phone while ‘cleaning’ it up and was complaining about work. After we left I checked my phone and noticed the reservation was canceled and per the instructions I was to call the restaurant to have it corrected. When I called the hostess asked who was calling. I asked for the manager on duty and my name was of no concern for her to ask 3 times. I’m already irritated I’m having to waste time making a call for getting Open Table points. After being on hold for an extended time, the hostess got on the phone and said, ‘she’s too busy to talk to you we are in rush hour’. Wow. Asked for the managers name and left it at that.
The food was very good, the one drink ordered was more expensive than a singular appetizer. Our waiter was nice enough but lacked experience of time management but did serve us well and was left a 20% tip. Will not return.
