   I celebrated my birthday lunch here with my family and we had a wonderful time. We were seated right away , food was delicious, waiter/ waitress were attentive and kind , and I received a complimentary yummy pizookie of my choice!

   My food took a long time and when we got out food it was like it was rush our services had to go and only check on us once every thing was done I left highly disappointed

   First I must say the manager was great! Our food was terrible my steak was more then well done, I ordered med well, husbands bacon was raw. Waitress took steak back but by time it came out the rest of food was cold so manager got us fresh orders which was great except this time husbands onions rings that come on burger was raw and my steak couldn’t be cut, there was some kind of layers in the steak and we couldn’t cut into it. We have gone there in the past food and service was always great. Not sure if I’ll go back to this location maybe just not on a busy night!

   The food was great as always, but we waited 30 minutes past our reservation to be seated.

   Ordered the Serling with shrimp. When the food came out they notified us that they were out of then Serling but not to worry because they gave us prime rib instead. Problem is the Serling was ordered as medium, they decided on their own that we would like the prime rib also medium (this is what we were told when it was being placed in the table) problem is the prime rib was cooked well done, Very well done. Had they at least notified us that they ran out of serious we would have either ordered something else or asked for the prime rib to be medium rare not medium. Pretty much lack of communication and a lot of assumptions were taken.

   Took 15 minutes to get seated in spite of reservation (it was busy). Fewer vegetarian options than in the past. Needed to ask repeatedly for things. Pizookies are still great!

   Service was incredibly slow, and when the food arrived at the table, it was cold. The server never came to check on us to see how the meal was going, and we couldn’t find anyone to help us adjust the food so we ended up with mediocre everything.

    Went for a double celebration, mother’s day and hubby’s bday. I got this beautiful wine glass… :) Excellent service. We love Bj’s resto.
