   Our server Megan was amazing. So sweet and helpful throughout our dinner. Strawberry margarita is really tasty!

   Our server was great and the food was delicious. The only small suggestion I would make is to reconsider having the hostess yell out names for seating. This particular night, the hostess was very loud.

   Although they were pretty busy with people waiting for tables, we were seated immediately as we had reservations. Service was very good, food was plentiful and delicious. It was noisy but that's understandable since the place was so full on a Saturday night. No complaints. App made it easy to review and pay our bill when we were ready to leave.

   It didn't seem to matter that we had a reservation. They just put us in the queue and we waited 40 minutes like everyone else.

   - service was good yet sparse give the large VD crowd. - didn’t like the hostess yelling names every few minutes; thought that is what text is expected to do. Diminished the atmosphere. - menu has lots of variety, nice!

   Good experience from a restaurant other than the service, which was absolutely the worst never got a refill on my drink the entire night had to wait way too long between seeing the server and really inconsistent with the bringing out of the food. My salad came out within a minute of me, ordering the appetizer took another 15 minutes And another 20 minutes for the rest of the food. People were actually coming to our table asking if this is our food multiple times even asking what table number we were like we would know that.

    We have been to BJ's Brewhouse numerous times. This was our first time coming on Valentine's Day for the special. They were offering Soup or Salad, Entrée (Pork Chop or Prime Rib) and a dessert for each of us at a discounted price. I wanted to try the clam chowder, but there was a mix up in the kitchen and it was going to be quite a long wait for that particular soup. So I offered to switch to the Broccoli Cheddar. I do like Broccoli Cheddar, but I really had my heart set on the clam chowder so I was definitely disappointed. My husband got the prime rib and I got the pork chop so we could share with each other. Both were so good. The pork chop has this great seasoning on it. And it's cooked to perfection making it super juicy. The prime rib is also very good. We both tried different Pizookies too. Our server was very nice but also very busy, so we didn't see him as much as I would have liked. But we had a great time and we will definitely be back.
