   Kids food was undercooked, it took over an hour to get our food. Server didn’t seem to care. Drinks didn’t get refilled.

   Dominick was great! He gave excellent Customer Service and was very accommodating. The food was good and I’m glad you went back to the Soy Ginger Sauce for the Pot stickers. The Brussels sprouts were yummy as were the root beer glazed chicken nuggets. The kids liked their bb ribs and all the sides.

   We were there over 2 hours with 6 kids. We had a reservation for 5:15 and didn’t get out until almost 7:30. The food was good but way too slow getting out

   1:20 min at our table. Pizza took 30, pizookie, was over 20 min. Waiter kept making excuses , brutally long

   we had a reservation but didn’t get sat for over an hour. ridiculously slow and then the server was rushing us. it was like they just wanted us to leave

   I requested a booth in the back corner, and didn't get it. and with me being a bigger guy with broad shoulders naturally i barley fit in the regular tables:(

    It was terrible! I’m sorry, I don’t usually provide any negative reviews but, this was the worst BJ’s experience ever! I hate it back home but, thought it might be better here. We set a reservation for my son’s birthday. They sat us on time (6:30pm) but, food didn’t show up until after 8pm. And, there was no celebration or dessert for him. What a waste of time. And no celebration for him. Again, I have never left a bad review, ever! But, would love to warn families of my experience here.
