   It was honestly horrible just the fact we made a reservation and still had to wait like everyone else and then it just seems like they don’t prioritize there guest or people our server was rushing us and just seemed like she didn’t even wanna be working it was just a horrible experience overall.

   Kids food was undercooked, it took over an hour to get our food. Server didn’t seem to care. Drinks didn’t get refilled.

   Dominick was great! He gave excellent Customer Service and was very accommodating. The food was good and I’m glad you went back to the Soy Ginger Sauce for the Pot stickers. The Brussels sprouts were yummy as were the root beer glazed chicken nuggets. The kids liked their bb ribs and all the sides.

   We were there over 2 hours with 6 kids. We had a reservation for 5:15 and didn’t get out until almost 7:30. The food was good but way too slow getting out

    1:20 min at our table. Pizza took 30, pizookie, was over 20 min. Waiter kept making excuses , brutally long
