   Waited an hour after our scheduled reservation, got free appetizers but didn’t get water or napkins. Took forever to get our food, only got food for half our party, food was cold by the rest of the food came. Was charged for our birthday pizookie. Never got refills on any drinks despite waiter saying she would get it

   BJs is always busy, cant drop in without a reservation otherwise you are looking at a long wait. Food and drinks are amazing.

   The food was OK, seemed like it had been out and waiting to be served for a while. We used to come to BJ's frequently before kids, and my husband has been begging to go. The last couple of times we stopped in the wait was so long, we knew the kids wouldn't make it. I figured out I could make a reservation online (which is great!) so we did that and were surprised we still had to wait when we got there. We were seated and waited about 15mins to order (again, time is ticking - hungry children). Food came out before we got our drinks, two plates for four people, still no drinks, pizza and drinks come out together, husband orders a drink with a pizookie for dessert, pizookie comes out before the drink... I don't know, maybe dinner isn't the right time to come. Everything luke warm, including the drinks. We probably won't be back unless it's during lunch. Sorry to say this - we've always loved BJ's.

   Horrible customer service! We get there and the hostess was rude as I was checking in she heard me say “ I’m here checking in for the 7:45 reservation “ she clearly heard me but proceeds to call out other reservations and ignored me and then said “I’ll be right with you” after she noticed she was rude .& then we get seated by a gentleman named Omar I believe he was our waiter and he literally forgot about us avoided our table and the whole time we kept having to ask for things multiple times the food was brought out and the burger/ bacon was so undercooked we asked for it to be replaced with one more cooked. He got bothered and he takes another 10-15 min to bring that food out . We were waiting in utensils for about 10min after we had already been waiting for a while . All the ppl around us kept complaining as well we could hear them . And asking waiter to replace their food. I don’t know what was going on in the kitchen but the food was not being cooked well$ will never come back ! Don’t recommend! We waited for our bill Omar avoided coming to our table and he kept skipping our table we felt so annoyed at that point we got up and walked to the front and were helped by the manager who took care of us so we could finally pay our tab and leave ! HORRIBLEEEEE SONT COME HERE !

   I have to say a long time business who cares for their customers. On point service even when busy. Even the manager arrived to our table and greeted us. He said theirs been an error and he would like to resolve the matter. If you have not tried the root beer wings, yum!

   The service we experienced was inefficient and did not align with the cost we paid (party of 7. One of just many mishaps of the night was that our soups were not served at an appropriate temperature, and there was a significant delay in receiving them. Additionally, it was challenging to get the attention of our server throughout the visit.
