Awful service. The waitress did not pay attention took forever to bring anything. Not to mention we told her my sister in laws glass was dirty but caught her showing it to another employee and laughing. Extremely unprofessional and won’t be coming back.

If you have a big party and on a time schedule, I would plan time for eating and another 30-45 minutes for the waiters to figure out the separate tickets.

BJ’s has never let me down. The staff was pleasant and efficient. My husband raved over the two bone pork chop. I had appetizers for an entree. The calamari is outstanding and so was the ahi poke. We’ll be back!

Food was okay… sauce on the chicken was too lemony… the cinnamon roll Pizookie was undercooked (dough on the bottom was raw)… overall it was good enough to return

The food was very good but the pina colada barely had any alcohol in it if any.

The bench we sat in was really uncomfortable because it had a deep indentation in it.

Hostess team was great. Wait staff did their best but just too many tables and seemed to lose track of requests. Food came out randomly and was cold and not tasty. Patron margarita definitely not worth the extra $$$.

First time at this place. The food was good. The service was very good. Was a bit noisy but not too bad. Only complaint is they sat a family with a small child right behind us when there were numerous open tables around our area. We felt like the hostess could have separated us by at least one table. Just a minor complaint.

Slow service, took forever to get our desserts. We were told they had no ketchup to give us for our fries. Two weeks ago they had no Dr Pepper. Manager gave lots of excuses for the shortages. Disappointing all around
