   Mediocre service and most of the food was room temperature. For the price none of our food was very good. We waited quite awhile to be greeted and it took a long time even to get drinks and even longer to get our food. We watched several tables be taken care of that arrive way after us before we even got our order taken. I don’t think we would return to this location in the future. It was my son’s birthday and it was pretty disappointing.

   The server was new, one week on the job and was very confused and overwhelmed. Although our entree was correct, the food for our table came out 10+ minutes apart. The drinks and pizooki order was wrong. No manager ever came over to ask how the service was despite walking around the entire nearly 2hr meal. The waitress was over her head and started to get angry by our frustration. The bathroom was dirty and one stall was nearly out of toilet paper. Pretty disappointed in this BJs experience.

   We had a very personable server today named Suzanne. We enjoyed her very much. We loved her personality and care. The lunch specials are always great and the price is very very reasonable. We will be back.

   I wish that BJ’s would change the honey chicken salad. The chicken is overcooked and dry with too much breading on it. And the lettuce, bean shredded instead of cut leaf makes it get soggy very quickly.

   Reservations for 6:30 wasn’t seated for 1:45 later, exclamation was weird at full capacity!!

   This place absolutely was terrible. We had a reservation at 6:00 and got seated at 6:20. The waitress rushed us as we ordered. I ordered the chicken sandwich it was gristly and was an extra 4 dollars for a total of 5 onion rings. Food was terrible service was terrible. Do NOT make a reservation here you will be late to anything you have afterwards.

   It was crazy busy. Seated about 20 minutes after reservation time. Staff was working hard to get people seated fast.

   We only waited for 20 minutes after reservation. It took a little bit to get an item that I ordered after my food was received. Knowing that it was a holiday and very busy, it was ok. However, I don't think I will visit again. Not impressed with the food

    It was Valentine’s Day and I made reservations. We waited for an hour to be seated. We also kept getting quoted different times for when we’d be seated. The busier didn’t wipe down our table properly. He wiped the table but didn’t dry it so we sat at a wet table and he didn’t even check the seats because when we went to sit down seats had crumbs and a napkin from the last guests that sat there. Finally, our server barely came and checked on us. We saw her a total of 3-4 times in one night as she continued to keep checking on the other guests sitting near us, she didn’t keep our glasses full, and she didn’t bother to offer much or ask us how we were doing. The food was decent but we had such a bad experience that we were ready to go and didn’t want to try any desserts.
