   I came to celebrate a birthday and I must say Mia the bartender can make a mean hurricane martini. Kudos to Mia. I haven’t one that tastes that good since my last visit to NOLO. Rogelio was our server. The blackened salmon Cesar salad was delicious and perfect portion of serving. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean but door to the storage room in the women’s bathroom was open and if a guest is not paying attention, she could get serious hurt. I truly enjoyed the music while . The birthday girl enjoyed her birthday Pizookie. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check the knives, forks and plates. Each of us had to ask for clean silverware and plates. It’s sad that someone rolled the dirty silverware into cloth napkins.

   We chose to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday at BJs and no one sang to her which was a bummer. Quality of food has declined over the years. We also wanted to order happy hour drinks at the bar while waiting for our table but the bartender took a long time to close someone else’s tab (that could have waited) so we were told we couldn’t order happy hour since “the computers automatically changed to regular pricing”. Wasn’t super thrilled about this experience.

   Got 2 of our orders wrong and never fixed it although they said they would. We waited a long time just to get someone to respond to our request to have a take out for the remaining order that was correct. The waitress kept apologizing for being overwhelmed with the extra tables she was waiting. We’re never going back and this was our 1st time there.

   Our server didn't write anything down and our orders came out wrong: we had completely different side dishes show up instead, and they forgot our add-ons. They did nothing for my partners birthday, which was super disappointing.

   The service was HORRIBLE. The waiter was not attentive and kept forgetting things. We had to ask multiple times for things to the point where I had to have the manager come over and attend to us. The bill was incorrect. Our food came out cold. Just NOT a pleasant experience overall.

   Waiters were transitioning their shifts. Both were warm & helpful. I had the spicy peanut noodles and they were surprisingly great. A bit on the noisy side but it was a Saturday night.

   Worst service ever! Awful waitress and manager, waited over 1/2 hour for mediocre hamburger had to get out of my seat to track down the manager and waitress and still didn’t come to the table to help, will never return!

    We were a party of 7 with three toddlers. Food was great, once it arrives. Servers were not attentive and do not announce breaks or server changes. ALL servers walk by without a glance. Finished and stacked dinner plates went unnoticed and only removed when we walk up to the register twice to directly request our table be cleaned. Refills were few and far in between. Apparently requesting a kids fruit cup to be only strawberries takes four attempts. This place was a one and done for us.
