   It’s never a bad choice to choose BJ’s, it’s just an option that everyone seems to use. So even with a reservation we still had to wait 30 minutes, the host said that they still had to wait for a table to clear up, well then there’s really no point for a reservation if you don’t get a spot reserved. I made one a week in advance for 8 people knowing it would be a bit of a big party but it didn’t seem to help in advance at all. Other than that, the food was good. Our server was barely present but when he was there he did ask if we needed things, we’d get them a while later when he’d remember and apologize but we did get them. Not bad, not good, it’s just BJ’s for ya.

   Once seated, the service was good and server did amazing. However, the restaurant COULD NOT FIND our opentable reservation and did not honor it even when shown a screenshot of the reservation. It was prom night so we were late to prom and that was frustrating. I was especially confused when the number used for the open table reservation received a text that seating was ready, when the restaurant never got that number from me…. Be wary of booking a reservation through here since they didn’t honor it…

   The service was good, food c-.. The wait using Open Table, excellent. We will give the establishment a rest for a while. Overall, not the greatest!

   Made a reservation, arrived 10 mins before my reservation and was told it was going to be 1.5 hour wait. What the point of making a reservation?! Anyways; we decided to wait. We followed up later asking how much longer and was told we will receive a text when our table is ready. 4 hours later, we never received a text.

   Great experience. I was worried it would be noisy but it wasn’t . Lunch time was a perfect time . We had a reservation for 5 and were seated in a nice big booth. Great service by Jorge !

   Horrible experience where there 3.5 hours not because we wanted to be. Our waiter took out order and we didn’t get food for 1.5 hours…. She didn’t deliver it someone else did and one dish was wrong one was stone cold. But she never came to the table to tell her… we had to hunt down a manager. Then we sat (NOTHING RESOLVED) for another 30 min with dirty dishes no refills and nothing resolved with food after we complained… then she pops up says hey wanna order a dessert… takes a plate and we wait another 30 min. Horrible service. Horrible food quality and horrible manager response. He said “I’ll talk to her” and she can over and said “i heard you you had an issue with your food” um the ma’am the issue would be an issue if you just attended to your table. Horrible experience and for the manager not to come to the table and check on us after that was dumb… we also had to go to a hostes stand and find our own to go boxes cuz no one would bring us them…

   I had a reservation for 8 and didn't get seated till 8:45 and then the food was ok but luckily they offered to replace the dishes

   Overall everything was great except the women’s restroom was a mess. Garbage can was full and a few stalls were out of TP. Never seen it like that.
