   Our experience was hopefully not the norm, but we waited over half an hour for a table and then an additional twenty minutes to be greeted by the server after being seated. She was very kind, but very overwhelmed and had no support at the time from any other restaurant staff. We never saw a manager and no management seemed to be aware of any issues. Two of our party left after being present at the restaurant over 45 minutes past our reservation time and having received no service. The rest of us tried to order and get out of there quickly, but still had been at the restaurant for over two hours when we left. We only ordered drinks, appetizers/wings, and kids meals and placed to go pizookie orders as soon as the food arrived.

   The food was good, and the service was reasonably quick. The waitress was new to the floor and had to work on understanding the menu and dynamics a little. She was nice. Overall, it was good!

   Had a reservation at 7, was seated at 7:20 only after I asked how much longer was it going to take since we were there at 6:47. They hurried to clean off a table that was sitting dirty for that entire time. Once seated we got our drinks about 15 minutes later. My wife ordered a margarita flight and was told they were out. How are you out of margaritas? We have never been told that before. Also was told the surf and turf was out. That was her entire meal from drink to food no available. She then ordered the mahi mahi tacos. The menu says you can pick sweet potato fries in exchange for fries or chips. We were charged $7 for fries that came out after we finished eating. Then the food comes out and she has chips too and no mahi mahi, they are shrimp. I ordered jambalaya with no tomatoes and peppers and got extra of both. THEN we were charged for the margarita flight that they didn’t have yet my wife noticed the waiters carrying around flight boards. We will never be back.

   We mad our reservation very early in the month for New Year’s Eve! The restaurant was NOT crowded! The hostess and our waitress were NOT as interested in seating us as they were in socializing! We stood at the bar for nearly 15 minutes before they attempted to seat us! One of our party of 8 got sick on eating half of his full rack of ribs! He had to go home early along with his wife due to being sick! Restaurant was very noisy given how NOT crowded the place was!!

   Food was just average. The steak was overpriced and lacked flavor. I got the surf and turf which was supposed to be a filet. I’m not sure what cut of meat it actually was because it was extremely tough. The macaroni and cheese was a let down. Although it appeared cheesy, it oddly had the flavor of chicken noodle. The wedge salad was hard and brown. We paid the same price as our average ticket at a much nicer specialty steak house. The service was excellent though. I have had the Ahi Tuna salad previously and it was fresh and flavorful.

   This was another of several visits to this restaurant over the past couple of years. The experience could have been better. The food was great. The service was not at all. The restaurant was quite empty when we arrived. The person at the front desk seated us after a warm greeting. It didn’t take long. However, we watched several employees walking back-and-forth without stopping to service. We finally flagged down the person who sat us And she got someone to come in service. Our server was very good. She was patient, she was professional, she was pleasant. Our food finally came out after about a 30 minute wait. It seems that the manager was walking around, actually standing behind our booth and not doing much. We still kept seeing employees laundering back-and-forth without much being done with the exception of our server. I also noticed that there were areas of the floor that weren’t clean, referring to plastic or silverware still on the floor. Our bill came out wrong, but our server quickly corrected that. Finally, we paid and left. I’m hopeful that if I visit again, the experience will be more professional in terms of the weight staff in general and the manager in particular. I would not mind at all, having the same server, though, because she was the most pleasant part of the evening.

   The waitress acted like she would rather be anywhere but there. Our food was brought out by a runner, we ran out of drinks and did not see our waitress until 10 minutes after we finished eating. The food was so so.

    Took 15 minutes to be greeted. Server did her best, but it seems the front end systems and training are just not there. They were out of prime rib, chicken wings, egg rolls, and bread bowls after boasting about it when i confirmed the reservation. Really want to like the place, but it will be another year or two before we come back. Hoping it will get better.
