   Amber is the best server! Great food with good friends. Will go back and ask for Amber next time because she is wonderful.

   Food came out sloppy and was not hot. Was poor experience. I don't mind waiting but my food should come out hot.

   Everything went well. The service was good. 3 of the 4 of us ordered the daily special, that offered an exceptional value. Ribs were good and 2 sirloins, one was fatty. When we were ready to leave our waitress packed up our cookies and ice cream that came with our specials. Each of the 3 were nicely packed with individual containers of each even the sprinkles.

   Service was slow and inattentive to our party of 8. Dined there several times previously and this was by far the most disappointing. Courses severed cold and requests for condiments etc were not responded to. Hoping just an isolated incident but will be less likely to dine there again.

   Atmosphere was great, got seated in a side booth where there was less noise. Tried the house amber which was good, wife liked her cocktail. Pizza was a bit disappointing, advertised as Chicago style but not really, was only about halfway up the pan and the toppings were REALLY scattered. Our waiter was personable; had a lot of rain while we were there and had a drip by our seat, but we deployed an empty glass to reduce the splatter.

   We’ve been to other BJ’s locations and find this one to be tired looking inside. Needs a refresh. Our service was great. She was super friendly and checked on us regularly to make sure we were good. Our soup was not hot but promptly returned and heated through. My husband had the seared tuna salad that was very tasty but sparse on the tuna. Great location if you need a menu with something for everyone.
