   It was Valentine’s Day and we expected every table to be filled. Unfortunately they didn’t have enough staff to handle the capacity crowd. Start to finish we were there for close to 2-1/2 hours. Hope things can be better managed.

   I had reservations. Didn’t receive water. No Utensils. Female server had an attitude! Carried food to several different tables and kitchen before bringing to table, then gets and attitude when I addressed it. Manager wasn’t very attentive but did offer a resolution to make another order. Order took an unacceptable amount of time to prepare; I canceled order. I frequent this restaurant almost weekly and this was the worst service! Staff were overwhelmed and unorganized. But I’ll be back next week…

   We were traveling through town and ate there Friday night. So impressed we had family meet us there for lunch Saturday. Food and service was impeccable. Perfect place to eat and visit.

   Server was inattentive and rude when confronted about poor service. Manager was not helpful for correcting issues. Kitchen was slow and food not cooked to order. Will not go back.

   The quality of some of the dishes is not as good as it used to be. Prices have increased and the quality and quantity have decreased. We had a great server who worked very hard to mitigate under staffing.
