   Food was good. Service was painstakingly slow. I waiter had too many tables an no help. We pointed out spilled water on the floor that someone could slip on. No one wiped it up. Hope no one fell.

   Our server Tom made our whole experience 10x better than the average visit to BJs! I’ve been coming to BJs for years and I’ve never had the experience of a server like Tom. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to have as our server! I appreciate his attention to detail and thinking of little things before we could even ask him! I’d come back just to have Tom as a server again.

   Despite making a reservation for 12 people 2 days in advance, they were unable to give us a table for 12. They made us wait a 1/2 hr and then informed us that we will be getting 2 tables instead of 1. They didn’t come for orders till another 1/2 hr. We requested quick orders for the small kids in our group, and they missed that too! Either you take bookings and hold tables for the reservations or just inform customers that we are not taking reservations!

   Did not have our table ready we had to wait almost 40 minutes to be seated after making a reservation. Will not be going back

   Arrived early and was seated early. Staff was friendly and worked hard to keep things moving. We unfortunately had to wait a while for waitstaff to do first touch. Once drinks & food order taken, things went smoothly. Appetizer was great. Fish & chips and chicken sandwich were hot & tasty. Mahi Mahi tacos were fishy tasting. Took a while to get check, but online payment was fast. Overall good meal.

   Very pleasant place for casual dining, with a very extensive menu. Nice that they take reservations too. Service was very good.

   We were promptly greeted and seated. Staff were attentive and helpful. Only hiccup was when we scanned the QR code to pay-unsuccessful after three attempts so our server completed the transaction in the customary manner.

    the service was slow and almost not existent. My steak was so overcooked that it was painful to see that poor animal killed again.
