   Prime Rib complete fat / could not be eaten/cut. Pointed out and no action taken. Desert showed up after we had to leave for a show which we made clear when we sat down 1 1/4 hours before.

   Fantastic experience. Great with handling a big party (10). Great server on point, never missed anything. Best service we have had in years. Food was amazing, served extremely well. Hot food hot, Cold foods cold. Entire party served at the same time. Our waiter was an experienced and observant server. Excellent experience. We will return!

   First time here, very impressed when first entering, big place!! Had Open Table reservations, greeted and seated promptly . Fast and courteous waitress came over, a newbie as she wasn’t too familiar with a few questions, but was very friendly. Food was excellent, from burger to Ahi salad. Drinks reasonably priced as well as good selection of beers and wine. Lots of TV’s and crowded restaurant. Will come back again as it was spotless and friendly.

   They need to teach the chef how to cook prime rib.

   Went for my daughters birthday, upon arrival the hostess was chatting with co workers did not agnolish me at all her co worker that walked by told her I was standing there for over 5 minutes. She took my name when I told her I had a reservation and then went back to chatting so I just stood there for another 10 minutes until another worker took us to our table. I have been here multiple times and never encountered such horrible service from the start. The food was absolutely delicious and the server was alright as he only brought our food and never came to refill drinks. We also told him it was her birthday and she never received the bday pazookie but that was no big deal.

    Overall the food was good…we got the prime rib special and pork chop special, chicken club, and wedge salad. All were good.
