   The service was extremely slow, and every single one of our receipts had to be redone, some more than once. We ordered off the Pizzookie meal deal soups and salads, very simple stuff. Food came out ok, the pizzookies took FOREVER. We were there for 2.5 hours which is insane for soup, salad and dessert.

   Food was amazing as always, our waitress was so respectful and sweet! the only thing is that if you put a reservation at a certain time and you get there at a good time and even before the reservation time, then it is their responsibility to get you seated right away. I had a reservation at 7 pm and we did not get seated until like 7:35 - 7:40 pm. I understand it was busy and everything but if it is going to be like that even with reservations then it is better to not even try and make a reservation online with them. But in general everything was amazing and we did have a very good time.

   Food was cold and the wait was long even with a reservation. Waiter was polite and accommodating but manager was visibly "checked out".

   Valentine’s Day so obvious it was gonna be busy but we had a reservation at 6. Got seated quickly and got drinks and appetizers fast. Our food took two and a half hours to get to us at which point we just decided to take it home and even then it was just mediocre. May try bj’s again but this experience was awful.

   Good food. Menu to many options but overall great experience. Our server Braliyn was excellent even with his section full.

   Our server , Samantha, was great . My fish and chips was wonderful and the fish was cooked perfectly .

   We love going to BJ's but tonight the steak was overcooked as was shrimp...disappointing. Ask for rare, maybe it will come out ok. The appetizer trio great but had to wait on extra chips then our food came. My husband liked the jambalaya and pot stickers were yum! Our waitress was wonderful but service was slow with drinks. It was Friday evening at 6:30 though so all in all good and we will return just doubtful we'll order steak.
