The decor and atmosphere are pleasing. The service is friendly and excellent. I enjoyed a few cocktails, and the food presentation is lovely. However, the food itself is just average, mediocre at best. Which is disappointing as the lively environment suggests otherwise. I understand the Pizookies are their signature desserts, but I wish they offered some other choices. Currently, the only other choice is ice cream, 2 flavors to choose from. I've been here twice. I think going forward I'd only visit for cocktails.

It was the waitress’ first day and she took 20 minutes to even get our drinks. We had to flag down somebody else to help us. Then when the waitress finally came, she took a very long time to take the drink and food orders. She then disappeared again, and three or four different employees, INCLUDING a manager and it still took very long to receive it. the manager had to come re-ask the drink orders because they weren’t put in. We finally receive our drinks and then when the food comes, one of us got the completely wrong order, even though the manager came to confirm what we all got. Manager promised to take items off the bill. Then finally once we all had what we ordered, the waitress comes to give the bill and of course nothing was taken off the bill and she actually upcharged us for things that came with our meal. We had to send her back twice before she actually got it to what we ordered. But again, nothing taken off the bill. I do not blame the waitress at all because it was her first day, she was nervous and shaking, and did not get nearly enough help. We were told she would be taken over for 4 times and she kept coming back. I blame management. And management should’ve been 100% responsible for removing most of the bill, as promised,

One meal arrived 10 minutes before the balance, Kai our server took care of the problem to our satisfaction.

Food and service was great. We were able to take advantage of their M-F deal of a selection an entree from a curated list and get a pazookie free.

First time dining at BJs. Party of 6 and most had the $13 meal deal. Everything was excellent! All the other food delivered to the neighboring tables also looked delicious. Will definitely go back to try more. Really interested in trying the deep dish pizza.

We were a large group of 10 people and had a wonderful time. Our server Kai was terrific. He was so personable, professional and was able to get answers to our questions. In fact, there was a menu item that I really wanted but it was only available in a meal deal that was not available when we were dining there. He asked his manager who was gracious enough to allow me to order it as a entree. The food was delicious, my sparkling sangria was outstanding, and our friends truly enjoyed it. Looking forward to returning again for a wonderful meal.

it was extremely good in the building. we asked the waitress to turn it up a bit and said she could not. Apps were good and meal was very good also. Beers were over priced!! we came in to celebrate 2 birthdays
