   We were a group of 15, our experience at your restaurant was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible—slow, inattentive, and unprofessional. When we brought our concerns to the manager, Josh, instead of addressing the issue, they dismissed us and made the situation even worse by not listening. We expected better and hope you take customer feedback seriously.

   An unfortunate experience on Valentines day. My wife and I ordered the Prime rib, side salads, soup and sides. Everything showed up at the same time. The prime rib and sides got cold and the prime rib was super salty. The cinnamon roll pozookie was practically raw. The manager did comp the appetizer, but it'll be a long while before I drop 125.00 at BJs again.

   The food was ok Not great. Service needs improvement. The waitress was not having a good day. She was not friendly courteous or helpful. Never smiled. Never talkative. Never attentive. I like when waitress is happy. This waitress was not happy at all. And we could feel Her unhappiness.

   We went there for our anniversary, a party reserved for 12 under the name Abigail Ramos. The food was good other than the fact we found a hair in one of our plates. And our server not so respectful at all. She was a blonde lady in about her 40s, she coughed over our table/meals most of our requests were either disregarded or wrong. When talking to her she also had a snarky attitude towards the elders in our group which i (with previous serving experience) believe to be very wrong from her part. She seemed very impatient with us and it felt very uncomfortable.

   Very very disappointed. Came here for bday lunch with my family to celebrate my 30th birthday. Used to love this BJ’s growing up! Used to come all of the time. However this will be my last visit here. Reservation was for 12:30. Did not get our food until after 2pm. After waiting over a hour and a half for our food the ribs were horrible. Cold and tough, send it back and was offered to order something else ordered pizza with took an exceptionally long time. By the time my food came out the rest of my family had finished eating and we had already paid. We were offered free pazookies. When the bill came out I was charged for the food that was sent back as well as the replacement order.. I could go on and on at how horrible the service was. The staff seemed to not know who the manager was, spoke to three different individuals stating that they were the manager. Long story short, horrible experience. DO NOT recommend.

   disappointing experience while celebrating with my toddlers. Despite making reservations for 3:00 and ordering ahead, we encountered numerous issues. We arrived five minutes prior to our reservation time, but our presence went unacknowledged until 3:17, when I had to request a lemonade for my toddler due to the delay. Furthermore, our complete food order was not delivered until 3:50.

   BJ’s is one of my go-to restaurants - and will continue to be. It’s just this time the service left a little bit to be desired. We had to get the server’s attention a couple times to ask for soft drink refills. I also had to correct her on the bill. We were supposed to get happy hour menu prices, but the initial bill showed full price. The server did go correct the error. So perhaps the server is still fairly new, but hopefully this feedback will prove useful to her in the future.

    Staff was very efficient and friendly. The food was perfect and came in a timely manner. Parking was easy. and we were seated very quickly.
