Cold and tough, send it back and was offered to order something else ordered pizza with took an exceptionally long time. By the time my food came out the rest of my family had finished eating and we had already paid. We were offered free pazookies. When the bill came out I was charged for the food that was sent back as well as the replacement order.. I could go on and on at how horrible the service was. The staff seemed to not know who the manager was, spoke to three different individuals stating that they were the manager. Long story short, horrible experience. It’s just this time the service left a little bit to be desired. We had to get the server’s attention a couple times to ask for soft drink refills. I also had to correct her on the bill. We were supposed to get happy hour menu prices, but the initial bill showed full price. The server did go correct the error.
