   Great booking experience for our big group. All the team members we encountered were kind and nice. Great table service and the food was perfectly prepared and brought out quickly. We had a good time. It was kid friendly, which was important for us. Great menu with a variety of choices. Thank you!

   Poor Service normally starts from the management down. We Walked into a nearly halfway empty restaurant, but couldn’t be sat.  we made a reservation through OpenTable and upon arrival spoke with the host. He stated that because the tables were reserved prior to my reservation, They cannot give us these tables that were available.  we arrived at 5:30 PM and we’re not set until 6:30 PM. The food was not served until 7:30 PM. At 7:30 PM, the tables that were empty. Those reservations finally showed up. My parents are diabetic and weren’t feeling good having to wait two hours for the food. We will never come back here again. Unfortunately, this one BJ’s location just lost our business countrywide

   Had a reservation for twelve family and friends. When we walked in they were ready for us without any wait. Server was friendly and handled everything perfectly. Food was great and brought out all together and timely. Would recommend for large group meal in Orlando.

   Good lunch overall. Haven’t been in years so to be expected, prices have increase a bit. However, our waitress was an awesome Black lady. She recommended adding Cajun seasoning to the chicken Alfredo and making the chicken blackened. My cousins husband loved it. My husband enjoyed his margarita, so much he ordered a 2nd one.

   We were a party of 10 with only 2 hours to dine before our movie. They managed to get us in and out in time although that was without appetizers or dessert.

   Whilst the burger was delicious, i personally found the chips inedible due to the amount of salt. Others in my party ate them.

   Two of the four orders from our table came out wrong. They took back to remake, but took so long, the other two at the table were more than halfway finished with their food before ours came back out. A bit disappointing, but will go back again.
