   Reservation @ 11:30, arrived 10 min early (they posted a 15 min. grace period after a reservation time to hold the table) & was seated right away. Only a booth seating was available, I should have done a special note so my 89 year old dad didn’t have to slide in to sit. My fault. Still waiting at 12:35 for food, their fault. Busboys checked every 10 minutes & always returned with more bread. Waited almost another hour for the complimentary cookie and scoop of ice cream to celebrate a birthday. BBQ chicken salad was dry, lettuce limp. All other items seemed ok but nothing was “hot” except my dad’s tea. So if you don’t need LOTS of time to talk while waiting for food, this is not the place to go. Wait staff is friendly. Just wish the kitchens were staffed better.

   Haven’t been back in so long. Unfortunately today’s visit was just really disappointing. Made a reservation at 1pm and got seated immediately upon checking in. Our server took our drink order and eventually our meal order. The restaurant itself wasn’t busy as it was a weekday and the lunch rush was over. But we waited over an hour for our food and not all items were brought out together. Which even more so our other foods got cold when waiting for the rest to come. On top of that the restaurant just felt a little run down and unsanitary. The tables and chairs were a bit dirty, there were also flies flying around that we tried to chase out. Maybe it was just not a good day to go, but don’t think we’ll be back for a while or so.

   We love Cattle Company!! It’s our favorite place for all the girls to meet…. The staff is always so friendly

   We always go to Black Angus, because the quality of their food is always good, service always good, and their prices are reasonable for what you get. With all those good things going for them, you can overlook the dated interior, which is still the country ranch look from when they were called Cattle Company. The carpet is filthy and the seat bottoms are ripped, and the seat backs are worn through to threads. But like I said, good food and service, with reasonable prices, who notices your surroundings while you’re enjoying your food.

   Made our reservations on'-line. Got a booth in the main dining room as we requested. Raymond, our waiter, was friendly and very efficient. H e brought every container we needed to pack our leftovers. The noise level was good. I love the bread and the bbq ribs. My husband had the filet and he enjoyed it. This is our go to place.

   Waited about five minutes to be seated, service was excellent, food taste was very good but had to send the prime rib back to kitchen since it was served rare instead of medium that we requested. Overall, we all enjoyed the dinner.

    My experience was somewhat upsetting. I set up my dinner with Open Table and arrived on time. I was seated within 5-10 minutes. My male server, Robert, seemed friendly and eager to assist me throughout, however, my steak and lobster plate took nearly 45 minutes to arrive? My server did tell me at least 2 to 3 times that he was going to check on my food. My plate finally arrives and the food is cold. I informed my server that it took a long time for my food to arrive and that's its cold. He took my plate and within 5 minutes or so, he returned with another plate of warm to hot food. Although he was friendly, he seemed to be more interested in other customers than me. I'm a Black Angus rewards member and I've been coming to this Steak house for many years. This situation won't deter me from returning. its just a lessons learned to react faster when waiting for my food to arrive. Other than this, I eventually enjoyed my meal and had a good evening.
