Whether it’s enchilada, quesadillas or empanadas, there really is a dish for everyone! Like many other cuisines, the best traditional Mexican food will always be found in the home. Here’s your chance to do the same and learn a wide range of Mexican staples! Each student will have their own work station, equipment and ingredients to work with.

Interested in local beers and ales and fancy quaffing a few new and unusual ones? We have such a wealth of brewing talent right here on our doorstep, including our very own micro-brewery on site! So why not try something new? Enjoy a tasting of some of the region's best beers with some nibbles to help soak-up the alcohol and see how the beers behave in their own habitat! Going to see a man about a dog just got a whole lot more interesting!

Malaysian food is fast becoming popular in the UK with exotic, hearty favourites like Rending and Nasi Lemak. Explore a different kind of South East Asian cuisine with a host of mind-blowing Malaysian ingredients that will shake up your weeknight home cooking. EXPECT RECIPES SUCH AS: + Traditional Beef Rendang/Ayam Masak Merah (Red Hot Chicken) + Nasi Lemak (Coconut Rice) + Nasi Goreng (Malaysian Fried Rice) + Rojak (Singaporean Pineapple, Tofu & Prawn Salad) Exact recipes for this class will vary by season. Our cookery classes are relaxed, informative and fun and are specially designed by our teaching chefs to give you skills and confidence in the kitchen. So enjoy an alternative night out preparing a delicious, seasonal selection of dishes which you can eat during strategic breaks or simply take home to enjoy in front of the T.V.! All of our weeknight cookery club sessions are suitable for beginner cooks and are led by our friendly chef tutors.
