   The appetizers, entrées, drinks, and desserts were top shelf. We enjoyed Mexican Street Corn, Guacamole, Shrimp Tacos, Beef Short Rib Enchiladas, and a delicious chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream. Each plate was excellent! And, the service can be described in one word, "exemplary." Our server, Mallory, was courteous, attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. Stellar! 5 STARS! Highly recommended!

   Took a long time to get our food. Manager apologized and said kitchen was backed up. The food was OK, but pricey for basic Mexican food.

   Food was okay, service was atrocious. No one refilled our drinks, food was incorrect, we spilled a drink and cleaned everything up ourselves. We had to find someone to ask for EVERYTHING. We ordered queso and they did not bring out chips. It took so long to even find someone, the cheese started to congeal. We love Blanco and this was the first time at this new location. What a disappointment.

   Food was great! We had the short beef tacos and burrito. However, service was subpar. Server made good suggestions for entrees at the beginning, but dropped the ball with the rest of the service. Not attentive to when we needed more chips( had to ask); Refilled chips but not salsa. We ordered Ceviche for appetizer and had no chips; Did not refill waters; Took forever to come around to take our entree orders. We spoke with manager; he apologized and offered a free dessert. We did not accept dessert; we were not looking for anything free; just a pleasant dinner out for New Year.

   Beautiful restaurant, very clean . Food was very good , service was excellent! Will definitely go back , drinks are slightly overpriced IMO.

   Blanco has the Best Food, Service and Ambiance. We have been there at least 20 times and it is consistently awesome. Thanks to their team and great memories. Especially Jake

    Service was very slow. They were not even very busy. Our server was managing too many tables. Ordered veggie enchiladas but I hate mushrooms so I asked her to substitute chicken for the mushroom. She never told me it would cost more. The dish ended up costing $21. $5 for a breast of chicken and there wasn’t even that much chicken in the dish! There are other chicken dishes on the menu that cost much less. She should’ve told me up front. She acted like she hated her job. Never brought water. Had to wait like 10 minutes for a straw with my drink. They’ve lost a customer over $5 and I will share with everyone I know. Restaurant needs some help.
