   The service and food were ok. We are not sure if we’ll be back. We don’t know if it was the waiter’s first night or what? He took our order, and never stopped back to check in on us. The last check in was when he wanted to know if we wanted dessert and deliver check. It was very busy and very loud and I think they might have been short staffed. The manager was very nice and friendly. This was not our first time there. Although, it was our friends. They were not overly impressed with their meals. According to them, Their jambalaya and short ribs were a little on the dry side.

I am so sorry your server wasn't very attentive to your table; discussions will take place to address the concern. As far as the food - Short Ribs being one of our most favorited dishes - this will be corrected asap; normally not the case, so we appreciate you letting us know your thoughts. We are in the process of updating our menus to reflect the seasonal changes; new items will become available for Spring and Summer.    Food is fantastic, our server was so personable and friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and history of the building. Great experience as usual at Bloom

   Really went downhill. The food was so salty it was barely edible, service was awful, dinner arrived one hour after we were seated. The menu was the same sad story, only 2 unappetizing specials. The drinks were also disappointing, flavorless ice water. Overall, not planning on ever going back.

   Everything about my experience was amazing. The restaurant is gorgeous and relaxed, our waitress was kind and knowledgeable, the food was incredible. I will definitely be back.

   Very good service during a crowded, noisy brunch. Food was adequate: our omelettes were bacon and eggs with the eggs on top of a bed of hard bacon, not really appetizing. Chicken and waffle dish had overcooked chicken breast with an overdone waffle. Their bread basket was the best, especially the corn bread. Good coffee. Their room was super noisy, mostly because of the open space design and street noise.

We are also updating our menus every 3-4 months; working with farmers, while trying new dishes throughout each season.    Yes, we had such a great time at Bloom today. At our table, we had the hush puppies followed by shrimp and grits and a chicken and waffle. I had one and my aunt had the other. The food was delicious and Wally made the best drinks we will be back. I wanna try dinner lol
