Born in 2019 in Montreal, the Bloom concept has been based on the union of the love of sushi and the desire to safeguard ocean biodiversity. Under the leadership of chef Christian Ventura, Bloom has become a household name across the Atlantic with a wide range of both vegan and traditional customers. In 2022, Bloom is coming to Europe, with the first restaurant in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Discover a varied selection of botanical sushi inspired by traditional Japanese recipes. All our sushi is 100% vegan: No mercury and no antibiotics. No use of fish flesh, seafood, or by-products in our recipes. No eggs, cream, or milk All our sushi is made with seasonal products to offer original and harmonious flavour combinations.     We had an outstanding meal at Bloom. Every serving was a treat for the eyes and taste buds. The service was superb. We lingered over our meal and there was no pressure to leave. Would definitely recommend as a must do in Paris.

    N'étant ni végétarien ni végétarien on se pose toujours des questions en essayant ce type de restaurant, espérant être étonné et bousculé dans ses apprioris. Mission réussi pour ce restaurant qui nous a très agréablement surpris alliant mélanges de saveurs et de textures et nous faisant oublier qu'il n'y avait aucune protéine animale dans ces délicieux mêts

    Premier déjeuner à Bloom Paris, nous sommes ravis de notre expérience dans ce cadre calme et chaleureux. Le choix de plats et de boissons est varié et tout donne très envie 🌱 Noz gyozas et notre plateau de makis étaient à la fois bluffants, frais et vraiment délicieux. Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons pour tester le reste de la carte très vite !!

    Sushis originaux et délicieux. Service rapide et agréable. Propose une alternative au bout des 2h de réservation (changer de table ou le bar), c’est très appréciable.

    Chaque visite a Paris, on vient a Bloom sushi pour se faire surprendre comment c'est délicieux! On est une famille végétale donc une adresse a recommander pour tout le monde!
