   Never disappoints. Food is always good, service gets a little busy but the waiters are nice and def doing their best, love getting dressed to go here. Only downside is the valet is slow and they switched company’s so you can’t pre order your car.

   After paying$15 to the park, we entered and stared at 6 people at the hostess station. After three minutes, one of them finally acknowledged us. We had drinks at the bar before our dinner reservations and were taken aback when there was no waiter to carry said drinks to our table. In heels with coats and having paid top dollar for those beverages, this is, in fact, fairly inconvenient in a high-end restaurant. When seated we sat for a very long time without being acknowledged. At this point, our drinks empty. The waiter put up his finger directing us that it would be a minute. We could see the table near us was difficult, and continued to wait and wait. When he came over, we finally got menus. We asked for drinks and asked to put in an appetizer while we went over dinner orders and were told no. We had to wait and put everything in. He left again. Not even a drink order nor water. He once again neglected us and returned to another table. Neglecting one table for another. Ten minutes later we finally got drink orders. Once we were able to order we felt extremely rushed and as if the waiter was hung out to dry by a clueless management. As the phrase goes, too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Our meal was excellent. But, we were not at all accommodated. In fact, neglected is the term I would use. Our drinks were subpar. Martinis served in goblets. Underpoured and overpriced, even though we expected to pay city prices. We my husband car returned from valet there were obvious handprints on the windshield as if someone had taken pictures of it. It is a rare car, and although not damaged, a paid valet has no business or reason to touch the windshield. Obviously, we checked the dash cam. All and all, the food is redeeming. But the restaurant is bare. Boring. Terrible service. Horribly managed. Frankly, while waiting to be served we considered leaving it was so bad. We even had to ask for the check three times to leave

   Way overrated. Great room and view but that’s it. Nothing about this restaurant is easy. From parking to ordering. Ordered $210 tomahawk that was noting short of gross. Would never recommend this place.

   Food was amazing and the service is really some of the best I’ve experienced. Two questionable traits for a high-end place like this: Incredibly loud; my date and I had to basically yell across a table because of the music; and their 30 ounce wagyu was 190 while their 40 ounce Wagyu was 210…odd pricing.

   I celebrated my birthday with a group of friends at Blue on the Hudson. The service was top tier. We had a waiter named Brandon. He was absolutely attentive to our whole party. He helped us navigate and make menu selections a breeze. Even down to the cocktail menu. Everyone at my table was throughly satisfied with the food and drinks. I totally recommend this place. If your looking for something upscale then this is the place to go.
