   We came for my husbands birthday. The experience was exceptional! Blake was amazing he was very engaging and attentive. All the staff were very attentive to us. The food was amazing. Everything we ate there was no complaints was delicious! We will definitely be back! Thank you for this special night!

   Celebrated my partner’s birthday yesterday as first timers here and it was such a great experience! We appreciated the little birthday details they added to our table upon arrival which were simple, yet considerate and cute - already we were impressed and had only just sat down. Our waiter, David, helped us feel familiar with the menu and recommended great choices to elevate our dining experience. We received very tasty food items: our appetizers, the sliders and bone marrow (my favorite!) were delicious. Our meals: steaks were great - a NY strip and a dry aged ribeye (both a bit too over-cooked past our selected medium doneness though) went well with the additions David recommended, which were duck liver and crab Oscar. Our sides: lobster mash and truffle mac were big portions and savory! Lastly, the birthday chocolate cake dessert, was unexpectedly huge and yummy! The ambiance of the place was very intriguing with the blue dimmed lights and high ceilings, a good combination. They had a live piano singer up front who played good songs. The overall noise volume of the place was too loud though, as we found ourselves struggling to understand our waiter/staff, and sometimes each other. Nonetheless, we had a fun time and will definitely be back! (:

   The restaurant has improved a lot in the past few months, and the menu is more cohesive and has a better trained waitstaff. For us, when we visit a steakhouse, it is unnecessary to have a "spicy touch" like the Caprese Salad. If it was better described on the menu, we would have avoided ordering it. There are plenty of Mexican restaurants in texas, if that's the mood.
