   Our server was great. Food didn’t come out at the same time. Some food didn’t come out until others were done eating. Oysters were great though.

   Food was delicious but service was terrible. 40 mins to get drinks, the waitress didn’t even know our order or what we got… whole place is just disorganized.

   Server and food was great. Bartender had a bad tube toward the server and messed up our drinks. We watched the whole thing. Very easy vok/ club soda with a lime not lime juice yuck.

   We have been to The Blue Bayou restaurant prior to this visit. We also have made reservations for Valintine's day. We looked forward to his date. When we got to the restaurant no one knew of our reservation. I got a call at 10:44 that morning to confirm the reservation. We were turned away and sent to someone from the casino. We were rudely told that it was not the casino's problem. Someone chose to comp the entire restaurant and but also keep taking reservations. I informed the restaurant manager that I was not happy. He seemed indifferent about it. We left and were lucky enough to find another place some distance away that was wonderful. I don't know if we will ever go back to the casino or restaurant.

   Blue Bayou in New Orleans is an absolute gem! Upon arrival, we were seated immediately. The restaurant's ambiance is stunning, with beautiful decor and a live tree under which we enjoyed our meal. Live music added to the atmosphere, yet it was never too loud, allowing for easy conversation. I ordered the baked red fish with vegetables, and it was cooked to perfection—fresh and flavorful. The service was impeccable, with our food brought to us in a timely manner, making it an ideal spot for our Valentine's dinner before heading to a concert. We are definitely planning to return for another delightful experience. Highly recommended!

   If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered chargrilled oysters and they were burnt. Service was very slow. There are much better restaurants around the area.
