   The BB staff were accommodating with a few changes to our Sagittarius season birthday reservation (Saturday 7:30pm). While the music initially seemed loud, it was actually perfect, allowing our group to enjoy our conversations without distractions. The staff for our table was polite, kind and attentive. We all enjoyed our mostly seafood orders. All was fresh and tasted great! The Saggies received a lovely take-home keepsake. From the seamless reservation to the warm farewell from the demure and mindful young lady who helped us with our coats, every part of the evening felt thoughtful and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience!

   Three different items on the bar menu were sold out and I was there at 430pm. Terrible kitchen management

   Our experience started off on a bad foot. When we were seated it was close to the reception and bar area so the music was very loud and the seats not the most comfortable. Asked if we could be moved and the person seating us said no. Was very abrupt and when asked when seats would be available told at 8pm (over an hour wait). Once settled in, our server saw that we were uncomfortable and said she has spoken to her manager and there were two spots available in the dining room. We took the first choice offered and she apologized profusely about what happened and that was appreciated. Advised her the other person should be given a lesson on professionalism as there was no empathy in his manner. And the perception after being reseated a few minutes after our altercation demonstrated a laziness on his part to find us the requested seats. Once seated, we became invisible for 15 minutes until a server recognized that we had not been taken care of. From that point onward, our experience improved dramatically. Robert was very attentive and professional. The rest of the evening went off without a hitch. Truth be told, would have expected more from such an establishment. Not sure I will return.

   Was seated in the worst seat in the restaurant being right by the kitchen but the restaurant looked nice. Service was top notch. Unfortunately, the meal didn't wow me. I guess I may have set expectations too high.

   Came for a quick bite before the Leafs game. Robert’s service was impeccable - explaining the different cuts of meat, their dry-aging process, etc. The Australian Waygu is worth every penny. The best steak I’ve ever had. No sauces or salt needed. Absolutely melts in your mouth. Highly recommend for an upscale steak and seafood.
