   We came for a date night and were disappointed in the service level and food considering the cost. The server tried to upsell us at every corner but wasn’t too interested in guiding us through the menu or making suggestions. We had ordered an additional drink that never came and there was a hair in a drink and a bug in our food. There wasn’t a real concern over this and if anything, they just tried to push more food or drinks on us. Overall, the ambience was good, drinks were well made but really, there are many other beautiful restaurants in the city. This one isn’t a must.

   Great food, good ambience and outstanding service. Slightly expensive but overall good value for money. Would definitely recommend a visit.

   First time visiting, I would definitely visit again. Service was impeccable, from the server checking up on us and the speed of the food and drinks being brought to us, once the order had been placed. Overall such a Great experience . Highly recommended. 👍

   Our first time at Blue Bovine and went for their Happy Hour before the Jays game. There’s a live DJ which gives it a lively vibe. The HH menu offers a variety of small bites which is exactly what we wanted. There was even a Happy Hour Tower with an assortment of HH items such as sliders, oysters, and sushi. The server was very friendly and made accommodations to some food items due to a dietary restriction. This was very much appreciated. Food and drinks were served pretty quickly and we were done within an hour. We would return and try their dinner menu next time.

   Terrible from start to ”early” finish. Took my family of 4 here last night. It was pretty empty but still took 30 minutes to get a drink after being seated. We were seated all the way in the back of the restaurant passing 20+ unoccupied tables on the way, strange… After 30 minutes of waiting for our drinks I got up and went to the bar myself. There were two people at the bar and the bartender told me he just sent our drinks to our table a minute ago. Anyway, by the time we got the drinks we had already finished the, below average, bread and a shrimp tempura maki roll which was fine. They cleared the table and nobody came back to take our order. I think we had two servers because the first one took our drink/app order but then never came back. The server that brought us our drinks came back once. We were there for a total of 1hr 10 minutes and had, bread, a maki roll a drink and never ordered our dinner. We got the check because there was no way I was paying $500 for this atrocious service and average food. The manager apologized offered his card to come visit again in the future and asked us to stay agreeing that our service was completely unacceptable. He comped our drink and sushi roll and we left. My goodness, I don’t see how they stay in business. For a restaurant wanting to charge top notch prices that was essentially empty I can’t imagine what they would do with even 10 tables of patrons. I wish I saw the service complaints in the reviews prior to going. We eat out at nice restaurants all the time and this was easily our worst experience in years. For an establishment that wants to charge premium prices they had better take a look at their service otherwise my guess is it will continue to be empty.

   I believe it was Maryam who was our server. White girl with dark features. 10/10 service. Polite. Humble. Attentive and efficient and “FUN” good energy and enjoyed her job. One thing in the service industry that is unpleasant is seeing a server being unhappy or faking it. She was definitely not . Really brought the whole experience together -Omar & Aliya

    Food and atmosphere was great but our sever was terrible. When asked about items she just told us to look at the menu. She also missed an item on the order. We were there for a long time and two items never came. When asked the bill, those two items were still on it and we had to ask to get it corrected.
