   We had a great time on Thursday, there was a party atmosphere in the lounge area after 10pm. The sashimi was so good and the tuna tar tar was the best. Also the house martini is perfect.

   Blue Bovine was a surprise to me that I discovered yesterday for a business lunch. The service was excellent and energetic and the food was beyond my expectations. I had a burger. I wasn't aware that the term "burger" was a mere prequel to what Blue Bovine redefined it as. No burger will ever fulfill the new standard. Someone will need to change the name - either Blue Bovine makes burgers and the rest make beef patties, or the rest make burgers, and Blue Bovine makes the "Beef-Splendor Sandwich". WOW. (Oh, and the rest of the folks at the table were blown away by their steaks, sandwiches and deserts... but this isn't about THEM!)

   We celebrated my husband’s birthday with friends! We started in the lounge and enjoyed half price drinks and appetizers then moved to dining room for dinner. We ordered two sushi appetizers and USDA tomahawk and NY Striploin to share. The sushi plates are very fresh and tasty and the steaks are juicy and tender. The cocktails and wines we ordered were great. The services were excellent and we enjoyed every moment of our dinner! Will definitely come back again!

   Always attentive and exceptional service coupled with great food and ambiance. I would highly recommend trying Blue Bovine if you have not yet experienced it. It’s a First class establishment.

   Interesting decor directly in Union Station. I booked a table for my wife and I. We arrived at 8:30pm. The DJ was playing music at an appropriate level. It’s got a hip, cool vibe. The restaurant was moderately busy. The serving staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered an old fashion at $38. It didn’t taste very good (too much mint). My wife enjoyed a glass of wine. I got a AAA 14oz Alberta beef steak for $100 (cheapest steak on menu). It was tasty but I’ve had better for half the price. My wife got some of the sushi dishes that were delicious. Overall, it was a 3/5 for me. Great service, decent food but way too rich for my blood $$$$$.

   Last night was amazing! Came for our 25th wedding anniversary, food and service was amazing! Andre was our Waiter and he was just on point with everything! Will be asking for him every time we return!

   Incredible!! Absolutely incredible! You won’t be disappointed. The complementary “cheese bread” could be better, but it’s quite okay. Everything else was perfection!
