   Blue Canyon never disappoints. There are so many rooms within the restaurant so you never feel how big the place is. Great service and delicious dinner. My friend and I each ordered from the early (before 6:30) menu. I had the salmon and she had the pretzel crusted trout. Both outstanding. Even the salad was memorable.

   Blue Canyon's decor and ambiance always attracts, in this case a family group now living in two well-separated cities. The three of us had chicken, tacos and the Friday fish fry (pretty varied choices), and two different desserts. We were warmly greeted by the host and well served by the staff.

   Blue Canyon is always a “must visit” whenever we travel to northeast Ohio on business or pleasure. On this trip we chose the Tuesday-Thursday special menu and were both delighted with the food and the portions. Lastly, our server, Dawn, was the best!! She was very helpful in navigating the menu due to a food allergy. If you’ve never been to Blue Canyon, you need to. You won’t be disappointed!!!

   Just to loud a c very slow but it was Friday Fish Fry and our reservation seated us in the bar which I had not anticipated.

   I ordered tenderloin mesium well butterflied It was to tough to even cute and burnt. My husband and I eat out frequently upscale restaurants.This the first time I ever received a steak burnt.I felt like the chief was teaching me a lesson. Very inappropriate!!!!! At other restaurants my steak comes butter flied and tender.We didn’t complain, figured the chef didn’t know any better

   We were visiting from out of town wonderful dinner! Love the decor and the horse sculpture over the bar! Will definitely come back!

   So loud I couldn’t hear my date. I even asked for somewhere quiet and was put next to kitchen. Food and service did not match the price. Disappointing..

    It would be nice if you could pick what section you'd like to sit in on the reservation. I put The Tavern in the comments, but they said there were no tables when we got there ( at 5:00, and there were open tables).
