We’re more than oysters - we’re Colorado's best seafood restaurant! Opened this year in January, Blue Island Oyster Bar & Seafood brings you a second location location in South metro Denver. Our approach is still the same: to create honest food and drinks, served in a comfortable, casual environment. The restaurant’s culture is inspired by memories of growing up in coastal towns with families of oyster farmers and fishermen. Like them, we strive to bring you superb hospitality and delicious food with a commitment to the freshest seafood at reasonable prices. To ensure this commitment of quality, we’ve partnered with Chris Quartuccio of Blue Island Shellfish Farms in Long Island, NY to bring you nearly daily shipments of seasonal oysters and seafood, offering favorites such as Steamed Mussels, Lobster Rolls, Clam Chowder, Crab Cakes, and fish like halibut, Atlantic cod and salmon, to name a few. We invite you in for dock-to-dish dining at its best!

Please add more wait staff. Wait staff is pleasant, but they rush because they have too many tables. For the price of the meal/ experience, the service needs to be better.

Our dining experience was met with great service and knowledge of the menu. The Salmon Oscar was exceptional, and the Poké cocktail. We much prefer the level of service, ambiance, and quality to the Cherry Creek location.

Veterans Day 2024 dinner did not disappoint! My husband and elderly father were very happy with their meals and Veterans Day special offer. This is one of my favorite restaurants and we all really enjoyed our experience. I also appreciated that we were given a table in the corner which meant that someone had actually read my special request. Thank you for truly valuing our business and supporting our veteran community.

We eat here often because we love the food, service and the location in Lone Tree that’s easy to get to and has lots of parking. Variety of delicious food options makes this our local favorite! Tonight we made reservations because of the Veterans Day special. We were with friends and both of our husbands flew in Vietnam (one was shot down but rescued before capture). I love that Blue Island Oyster Bar pays tribute to Veterans with free meals on this day.
