Everything we ate was delicious! We had the tuna tower and crab Rangoon to start, then had the Lion King, Crunchy LA, and Crunchy Red roll as well. We also had the Itchy Salmon and finished with the chocolate torte. It was a great way to celebrate a birthday and anniversary. I cannot remember the name of our waitress, but she was fabulous as well. We’ll be back!

As always, the food was spectacular. It was busy this visit, so everything took a little longer, but we enjoyed having time to sit and talk. I drank the hot jasmine tea and it was pleasantly mild, my husband had hot coffee and reports it was also good. The Godzilla Bomb was outstanding, as always, and we also tried three new rolls: our favorite was The Thriller! We look forward to our next date night out to Blue Sushi Sake Grill.

Absolutely great service and fresh food! Our server Amoni was great! She was knowledgeable about menu, friendly, and helpful. Tried a variety of dishes and everything was fresh and delicious. Next time you go shopping at the Summit I would definitely recommend this place to eat!
