Our experience at Blue Sushi was not as good as previous visits. The restaurant was not crowded when we arrived, and our reservations were promptly acknowledged. Our server was attentive. We placed an order for appetizers and sake. The sake came immediately, then we waited, and waited and waited. A couple sitting at the bar was so loud, it made us uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the bartender encouraged the loud behavior as she apparently knew the couple from previous visits. After about 20 minutes of waiting on appetizers, the server apologized and said that they would not appear on our bill. When they finally arrived, we could tell that 2 of the dishes had been sitting too long and that the raw fish was now "cooked". The remaining item was poorly prepared and lacked seasoning. Then the wait began again for our main meal, a platter of sashimi. Again, a very long wait. When it finally arrived, one of the items was on rice, not sashimi. As I have an intolerance for rice, we could not accept the dish even when offered as complimentary. Not sure what the issue was...in the kitchen, new staff, but, we will not be in a hurry to return any time soon.

This was our third visit and they are rolling like a well oiled machine!!! All food came out correct and delicious!!! We are happy to have Blue as our date night sushi place!!

The experience was great. The vibe in the place was chill but great good Vibes in the air is the best way to explain it. We had our favorite waitress Zoe she does Such an amazing job!!! The food was awesome . From all ages liked it. My Father who turned 66 , my wife who is 44 and me who is 40 and my daughter who is 10y and 10months. She even had a favorite sushi role.!

We were seated right away and was accommodated to our table wishes. Our server, Cody, was very quick and efficient and got our entire order and bill correct. That night they had an extra person going to the bar to retrieve our cocktails, which was extremely helpful. In the past, we’ve always had to wait for our drinks. Our experience overall was extremely satisfying

Our first time at Blue and man was it good. Made a reservation and they gave us probably the best table in the restaurant. The ambiance is great, and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back!
