                                                                  Had a dinner on a beautiful night. Patio doors were open with lovely breeze coming in. Had my favorite - the eggplant zobra which never disappoints. Tried one of the specials - beef stroganoff which was made with filet mignon and served with the home made spaztle. Very delicious. At the end of the evening the owner sang happy birthday to one of the guests and followed with more music. A great night!

                                                                  This was my second time in Blue Tuba and it was better than the first one. Great food, atmosphere and especially the owners. Where else can you talk to owners in Houston? Love it

                                                                  I recently dined at an incredible European restaurant that truly transported me back to my roots. I had the original Hungarian goulash, and it was just like my grandmother used to make—rich, flavorful, and utterly comforting. My friend ordered the schnitzel, which tasted exactly like the authentic versions I’ve enjoyed in Austria; it was perfectly crispy and tender. We also indulged in the Branzino, which was simply amazing—flaky and seasoned to perfection. To top off our wonderful meal, we were treated to live music performed by the owner and the chef, adding a delightful ambiance to an already fantastic evening. This place is a gem, and I can't wait to return!

                                                                  Blue Tuba is always terrific! The atmosphere is intimate without feeling too close and the service is courteous and helpful without ever being intrusive. The cocktails, wine list, and draft beers are great and offer a nice variety to serve as perfect accompaniments to the excellent food, which is the star of the evening. The dishes are creatively designed and perfectly executed. The schnitzel, the duck, the goulash, the pierogis - all fantastic.

                                                                  It was Valentine's day and very busy, and they seemed understaffed. We received our drink order, but our server never came back to get our food order. After sitting for 40 minutes, we left money for our drinks and went downstairs to Torchy's. The manager offered to comp us dinner, but we were hungry and no longer excited about Blue Tuba, so we thanked him and declined.
