    The wait staff is exceptional and friendly! The food was so good and came out warm to the table. We also enjoyed the dessert! Thank you Bluefin! We will be back next year!

    Bluefin grill always has amazing food and service. There are many new employees and they are doing a fantastic job. Kudos to Apple and Casey.

    We arrived for a special occasion and upon being seated were notified that there was a limited menu that evening. We looked at the disappointing menu items and chose to go elsewhere . It would have been nice to be aware of the limited menu prior to making the trip. Very disappointed.

    The food was OK. We had walleye with wild rice and vegetables. The appetizer of duck wontons with chili sauce was the best part of the meal. We didn’t get seated by the windows -so would have enjoyed the view there.

    We had reservations for 7pm and got there early, so we decided to sit at the bar. A little before 7, I told the hostess to let us know when our table was ready, but we never heard from her. Very unprofessional. So we stayed at the bar. The bar, bartender, and drinks were amazing! We shared the chicken Caesar salad, which was average. We also ordered the ribeye with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Unfortunately, I’m sure we got the sirloin instead. It was tough and not flavorful. The vegetables were mushy and the potatoes were standard. We added scallops to our order, and that was a good deal, and the butter sauce they were in made them very good. A little bit of sand in them though. For dessert we had the skillet cookie with ice cream. It was very good. I get that it’s the only restaurant in the area, but they should still want to serve the best. It’s Bluefin Bay, and I think people expect better than average for the experience. The food should at least match the ambience and atmosphere. Overall, I’d say everything tasted average, so a 6/10.
