    We sat out on the patio tonight and it was very pleasant. They had heaters and blankets and it was very toasty. Really enjoyed seeing the fireworks and the boat parade go by the food was fantastic like always!

    Fresh fish and delicious salad and veggies. Not a lot of heavy sauce on the fish. Server , Maddy, was delightful and attentive. Sat on the patio with my dog and it was a lovely, festive evening. 🎄

    They have lost the concept of allowing for a pleasant experience. Tables outside are slammed together the waiter has too many tables. Forgot bread, bringing my wife a blanket, or asking us after food was “ dropped “ on the table if we needed anything else. Then clearing plates is a thing of the past. Waiter is more into getting paid, taking orders while someone else comes to slam the food on the table. No clearing of plates or other items they just say here you go and we have to move everything around to fit. Also when making the reservation we asked for standard seating “ not bar “ or outside and were still put outside. Better questions on OpenTable would help that out.

    I really enjoyed the location on the water, with the boat slid up with colorful Christmas lights, and the ambience was warm although a bit noisy. I had an amazing piece of cod and some of the best oysters I’ve had in a long time. I appreciated being sat early and the service was very good.

    I had the Roasted Striped Bass. The portion of fish was very generous, and the bed of vegetables was a nice combination of asparagus, tiny potatoes, and corn also a generous portion. The dish was quite tasty. My brother had the Wedge Salad, which looked wonderful. My sister-in-law and brother ordered the lobster roll, and they both said that they would definitely order the same meals again. We split the Java Mud Pie between 3 people. I thought it was good, but I would have preferred more chocolate sauce; the ratio of sauce to ice cream was a bit light in my opinion. The service was excellent, except that my husband’s Caesar Salad never arrived, but he had plenty to eat without it, because the portions were all very generous.

    They were busy so we had bread at our table long before the server came around to even take drink orders. It was loud and busy but the food was delicious as always so you know we will be back. Lol my husband spins it and calls the wait " anticipation"
