   This was a NYE outing. The service was very poor. We asked to switch tables, and after this we were treated very poorly by our waitress Bianca. We were ignored constantly. Management advised if we left our card would still be charged regardless if we ordered or not.

   I was extremely disappointed with the food we had for our NYE dinner. The food was below expectations and the service was rushed. The overall experience felt far from what I expected from a fine dining establishment. Guess they overbooked themselves and didn’t pay enough attention to the quality of the food & service The Tuna Crudo and Steak Tartare was too salty but what really disappointed me the most was the 24oz Bone In Ribeye we had!! It came out dry & burnt. Almost inedible. Was shocked to see such poor quality coming from a steakhouse. Our server was kind enough to give us complimentary glass of champagne after we complained about the food but overall the experience was disappointing and I regretted dining here for New Years.

   Logistical nightmare. Gave our food to another table so we had to wait double the amount of time to eat and didn’t even notice until we said something. Comping one drink for a mistake that bad and trying to pretend it never happened was absurd. Food was good though and the ambiance is nice.

   Dined on Dec. 28, 7:00 pm. Disappointment from the start. Booked a Rez solely to experience dining in the Atrium. Upon arrival we learned BLVD has received complaints from customers for being seated in the Atrium, they don't always open it for seating now. So it was closed and we were not advised and at 7 pm on Saturday nite not many options to dine elsewhere in West Loop. Our server, Tigi, was very good and attentive. The kitchen, Not so. Have you ever experienced barely warm escargot?? It was obvious the moment the dish was delivered to the table by the runner. When we showed Tigi, she immediately said, that should be bubbling. Back it went. Then came the barely warm steak and mashed potatoes, both had to be returned to the kitchen to be rewarmed. The steaks, had to be returned a second time!!!! So we ate rewarmed potatoes and Brussel sprouts until the steaks returned. Tigi was gracious enough to comp us for one of the dishes for all the mishaps, that never should have occurred. Attn: Joe Flamm, we experienced your fabulous culinary skills at Spiaggia and Rose Mary. We have an upcoming dinner res at your new restaurant, Il Carciofo. We very much hope we will not be as sorely disappointed with your new venture, as we were with BLVD. Thanks, Bob & Nancy Gibson

   Our dinner for five was wonderful . All the steaks , Fish and sides were cooked to temperature and served accordingly. Teegee our server was great and very attentive. She didn’t rush us and was very helpful with our food selections and recommendations . For us, It was great dining experience.

   Food was absolutely awful. Very low quality. Shrimp was old. The beats and veggies were old steak had some lousy sauce on it. And low quality meat I was extremely insulted that I had to pay over $200 for this meal.
