   We were the 1st to show up today. The Maitre’d was Dressed Impeccable and greeted Us immediately. Asked us to have a seat at the Bar and we’d be seated in 10-15mins. When we were, they offered to Check our Coats. Literally EVERYONE wished my Daughter a Happy Birthday 🥳 The Ambiance & Decor is Absolutely Beautiful 😍 including the Bathroom. Our waitress made great suggestions for Drinks, Appetizers & Main Courses. We ordered Based off our taste buds and Her Recommendations ( My Daughter is Vegetarian) EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!! The wait staff was attentive with cleaning the table consistently while ALSO wishing my Baby Happy Birthday 🎈 Both the Manager & General Manager came over to ask about our Meal & Experience and I couldn’t help but RAVE ABOUT EVERYONE, the Service & FOOD. I would give a rating of 10 out of 10💥 the Mommy/Daughter Date ended with the most Delectable Dessert & Sparkler. I can’t thank you enough. It was very emotional bcus My Son/Her ONLY SIBLING passed (Car Accident) and HIS HEAVENLY BIRTHDAY 😇 iS TOMORROW🙇🏽‍♀️ Yes a Day after hers. She was HIS PRESENT 🎁 🥰 Needless to say it’s been HELL but you all MADE OUR DAY/NIGHT. GOD BLESS 🙏🏾EACH AND EVERYONE FOR TODAY. Sincerely, Penda F.    My wife and I really enjoyed our first-time experience! Ambiance, service, drinks, and food were a well-deserved 10/10!!! Our waiter, Rob, was incredible as well! We will definitely be dining again!

   The only issue I had was the additional 4% surcharge which was removed from the bill without dispute from management.

   On Valentine’s Day weekend we were placed in the extended part of the restaurant which was more like a patio. The ambiance was poor and it did not feel special. The food was okay. The train passing every 15 min was so loud. We did not get an option to sit inside where it’s nice and what is being promoted. At the end the bill was over $500 and it just felt like it was not worth it. Outback steak house would have been a better experience. If I’m going to make reservations for dinner and pay an overpriced meal I expect better. We upgraded as much as we could from the menu and still the meat was small. First course salad was so plain. Second course steak was so small. Third course dessert was not impressive and let us down. The only toast that was good was the drinks and waiters.

   My wife and I have been here many times. This Valentine's Day menu is the worst. I sent $600 plus and had a restrictive menu. You couldn't order sides, and I felt hungry still. There were added charges, and I definitely will not be back. On the way out, I spoke to another couple who had been many times before, and they also said they would not be back. This used to be a hidden gem, but after today, I will never return. Also we basically slept 1 adult meal into two. Horrible

   My family and I didn't enjoy the valentine's menu. It was limited with very few options to choose from and the options were not the best. Drinks were really good and dessert. I requested for the chandelier room and got seated in the champagne room which I was very disappointed in, it was a special day ;/
