Bobboo is a warm, sophisticated, snug space bringing an intimate imbibing experience to the discerning aficionado. The barrel-aged spirits bar offers a selection of hand-curated whiskeys and barrel-aged spirits from around the world with local Charlottesville highlights. Rock or No Rock.

Bobboo is open to the public Thursday-Saturday from 6pm. Reservations recommended as space is limited.

    Amazing cocktail bar that we surprisingly found in Charlottesville! Cocktails were NYC quality and bartender was a great guy to talk to. If we’re ever back in Charlottesville we will definitely be going again.

    BobBoo was closed so we were unable to celebrate my daughters graduation. We were not notified of this cancellation. Unsure if it was rented out for a private party or actually closed but it was very unprofessional of the establishment.

    This restraint is currently closed. Not sure why it is still accepting reservations. Very disappointed to arrive and not have anywhere to go since it was boarded up.

    We didn't have food but Joel, the bartender, was wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and quick. We had a lovely time and will be back.

    Five more cocktails would have made the drink menu a better experience. Lots of whiskeys to taste which is fun, but expensive.

    I don’t say this lightly, Bob-Boo is the best spot in Charlottesville for a chill drinking experience. The ambience is incredible, Joél (who came up with the drink menu) and Hernando provide impeccable service. Drinks are great and their selection of alcohol is vast. Prices are as expected. Coming from a city, Bob-boo is everything I missed about a lounge experience. So glad it popped up!
