"At Bobby Vans 54th Street, you can expect the same great service and the same great food as our other restaurants. Tucked away in another historic restaurant location, (at one time this was the hang out spot for such stars as Frank Sinatra and the rest of the Rat Pack) there is plenty of history and untold stories behind these walls, if only they could talk. Conveniently located just east of Park Avenue and 4 blocks north of The Waldorf-Astoria, this is where you want to be. As you walk into the restaurant you’re greeted by our hosts and a large credenza filled with beautiful bottles of wine. Glancing to your left you overlook the spacious yet always occupied bar, where the bartenders know your name and have your drink waiting for you before you can even say hello. Separating the bar from the dining room is a glass window so you can see all the action of other diners enjoying their meals. This is by far the best restaurant in the city. Celebrated my birthdays at the restaurant the past 3 years. Amazing service and food. Workers and manager are very accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Always Always a great experience!The hosts are always courteous and accommodating. The service is excellent and the steaks and sushi are always on point. Shaber is the best .Attentive but gives enough space. Super friendly and space the course perfectly. Best in class.

Aceptaron reservación a última hora pero realmente el restaurante estaba solo, la mesera súper linda siempre y atenta nos hacía recomendaciones del menú, creo que es precio alto y realmente la comida no es tan buena

Had a wonderdul dinner with shabir .He was super knowledgeable and kind.The food was amazing but shabir made the experience a million times more enjoyable.we will most definitely be back when we we're in town.!!

Incredible staff, they brought out a cheesecake for my friends birthday and sang as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable of their steak offerings too!

Decor was old and sloppy. Willing in entrance had high chairs and broken tables piled up at front door. Hostess was short and rude. Place was empty. Holiday decor was cheap and uncaring. Service tried. Place was deserted, old, dingy and unkempt. Food was below average.
