The Boilerhouse Prime menu will feature USDA Prime, Linz Heritage, American Wagyu and A5 Japanese Wagyu cuts of beef seasoned with a signature rub that creates a visible crust and seals in the flavor of every bite. I took a friend to Boilerhouse Prime to celebrate the completion of her residency, and it was the perfect restaurant for the special occasion. The ambiance and service were lovely. The complimentary bread was incredible--the crust had a perfect crunch while the inside was light and fluffy. Had we not wanted to save space for the rest of our meal, we would've devoured the whole thing. We both ordered a drink (wine for me, specialty cocktail for my friend) and both were very nice. I ordered the scallops as my entree which were by far the best scallops I've ever had. I was blown away. My friend ordered truffle bucatini with shrimp which she loved. We also had a few oysters from the raw bar, which were good. For dessert, we had espresso martinis and shared a slice of their heavenly chocolate cake with ice cream. It was indeed heavenly--just absolutely incredible. Before tip, our bill totaled about $225. My friend and I both had a tremendous time at Boilerhouse Prime and would highly recommend it for celebrating a special occasion, taking out a work client, or wining-and-dining potential hires. A lovely place through and through and absolutely worth it. Glad to finally have this sort of restaurant in the West Lafayette area!

We were told by restaurant staff that their goal is to be the best fine dining between Chicago and Indianapolis and they are well on the way if not already there! The food was great, the service super friendly, and the atmosphere was very high end and felt very exclusive with the smaller dining area. Highly recommend to everyone in the area if it fits your budget.

We had a mix of entrees at our table. The filet was excellent. The scallops and organic chicken were quite good, however the Ora King Salmon Wellington was just OK. Not sure if it was how it was prepared, but it wasn’t something we would order again. After giving our waitress our orders it took about 40 minutes for her to say that they only had one more King Salmon Wellington left when we had ordered two, so we replaced it with the scallops. Our entrees didn’t arrive for another 25 minutes. The wait staff was obviously still training, or else students, which is great, however they seemed like this was a first time working in a restaurant. The ambiance of the new Pete Dye Clubhouse was outstanding and we wish them well and will be back.

First time guest, what a jewel we’ve found. Our son is a freshman at Purdue starting this fall and we visited for Freshman Orientation thing. Great dining experience, our server, Fionna Fahey, was outstanding, very knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed getting to know her almost as much as our meal. Look forward to next visit in September

This was our second trip to Boilerhouse Prime. All in all a very good experience. The crab cake, lobster bisque, mac N cheese, and service were all excellent. The A5 ribeye was not worth the money as the fat was not distributed evenly throughout. Flavor and tenderness were all good. The key lime pie was too sweet for my taste.

The food was excellent and it is an impressive new addition to the Purdue experience. The staff did a very good job of making up for an awkward start. We were seated and then flat forgotten. We sat patiently for probably longer than we should have and were finally acknowledged as we were getting ready to leave. The staff and manager were clearly embarrassed and our evening from this point improved.
