    My husband and I had a lovely dinner here! Service was great, food and wine were delicious; loved the tapas style dining, they were so kind to bring out a dessert for my husband for his birthday. 10/10

    This was our first time at Bolero for a pre-Valentine meal. The experience was excellent! We ordered the Gambas Al Ajillo and their Tosta De Raso De Toro for our tapas and the small order of the Paella De Bolero. Oh my! The presentation and food taste were exquisite! Service was excellent! We will be back with friends to enjoy more of your offerings!

    We had nice dinner for two. Strongly recommend to make reservations. Great service and ambience. We don't have patience for 45 mins to wait for paella so we ordered 4 items grilled pulpo, scallops, sliders and patatas bravas. It was actually too much food for us but it was all yummy!

    Been several times & can’t wait to go back in better weather like summer or spring . But I have to say , rainy weather is always a different vibe. This restaurant never disappoints. Date, special occasion , or just an escape yo the wine country.
