Nice, modern place in McAllen to have a drink with friends before or after dinner. The cocktails and food (we tried Japanese) were really good , but ….. but after 4 cocktails and $200 they asked us to order more or we need to leave !!!!! It’s ruined all the evening, ambience and party! If you ask me will we back , probably not! If you want to go, go, but don’t expect much.

Had a better experience at Bond much more controlled and relaxing. Music was great staff was excellent. Everyone was dressed appropriately and was not over crowded. They sat me right away. Still haven’t tried the food but definitely will go back to do that. Definitely improvement

This is such a great cocktail bar with delicious appetizers. There’s nothing like it here in the valley. I would totally recommend this for date night. If you want a classy, bougie, upscale place to Online or spend some time with that special someone, this is totally the place.

I love the place. Bond is hands down the best bar in McAllen! I was genuinely surprised to find a place like this here—it’s like stepping into a magical space with a big-city vibe. The attention to detail in the decor, the amazing cocktails, and the overall ambiance make it a standout spot. It feels like a hidden gem bringing metropolitan elegance right to McAllen. Highly recommend experiencing it for yourself!. I hope to visit again when I visit McAllen.

Overall a wonderful experience at Bond. Our waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable. The ambiance was dark, moody and sexy. There are lounge chairs/couches for a close and comfortable atmosphere. We shared a few food items off the menu thanks to Butterfly’s suggestions. We had wine and an old fashioned-both excellent. We will definitely come back to Bond. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing evening.

To crowded and table was not ready. Online for booking it says there is a time frame for seats. That way we all enjoy the experience however that did not happen. I thought this place would be more exclusive. I also read there is a dress code, yet there were people wearing leggings and tennis shoes, also hoodie pull over. I don’t think it matters how much money you may have a dress code is a dress code. I was not thrilled with the experience. The first week I couldn’t even get in without a reservation and now it’s like anyone can go. In my opinion I think this place needs a little more work. Love the name and the atmosphere but just the crowd killed that vibe unfortunately.

Elegant experience overall. Atmosphere was quite upscale with the freshest amenities possible. Reasonably priced cocktails with a good amount of finger foods to choose from. Pleasured to have been part of the soft opening, definitely going back!

The ambience and service was great, but the food and drinks left a lot to be desired. The beef bites were very grisly. The cocktails were subpar. I don't mind paying for quality service and food, but this was not a good value dining experience. Wait staff was very nice.
