On this little island we call home we’re lucky enough to be surrounded by some of the finest seafood in the world; Wester Ross Lobster and Langoustine, Devon Brown Crab, Loch Ryan Oysters, Manx Queenies, and Shetland Mussels as well as stunning local fish such as Cornish Mackerel, North Sea Haddock, Selsey Cod and Gigha Halibut. We source our seafood direct from day-boats around the coast with a menu that changes every day to showcase the mornings’ catch. I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday as she and I both love seafood. I finally got her to eat oysters which she loved. The gurnard in Thai sauce was an outstanding dish and very tasty. Service was excellent and really lovely ambience to the restaurant. We will be back again for sure

Lazy Sunday lunch which went on for a couple of hours or more. Lovely fish , cheerful staff and even the cheapest wine, Pic Poul was fresh and light. We will definitely go back

Fantastic menu and a great setting if you want a relaxed environment or a romantic meal. The service was ok, but not as attentive as we'd quite expect but overall a very good restaurant and the food was lovely.

I took a friend for her birthday and we were both very impressed. The menu changes daily depending on what's come in that day. I had the Scottish languostine for starters and good old fish and chips for the main. The languostine was lovely and buttery and presented very nicely. The battered haddock was extremely soft and the batter crisp and crunchy. I'd recommend it for seafood lovers and would definitely go back

The Bonnie Gull Seafood Shack is a little dining room but the food produced by this restaurant is both delicious and creative. I invited some friends for a Saturday dinner to try it out and we all walked away smiling. The atmosphere was also enjoyable, friendly staff and cosy space that wasn't too busy. We'll definitely go back.

The food is really good and centred around the concept of 'fresh seasonal products' and 'catch of the day'. In terms of presentation, each dish is well-thought of with a lot of artistic sensibility and elegance. It is to say however that some dishes are more thought of as 'designs' than "generous portion sizes" (which creates the perception of rather low value for money). For instance, the crab plate had just a couple of bites of crab meat... with a large volume of shell. The ambiance of the restaurant is super pleasant for a cozy dinner. The restaurant in itself is really not London-pretentious and the staff is friendly, responsive and "informal". Definitely one of my favourite restaurants and would definitely recommend it :) Enjoy and don't miss the garlic and herbs langoustine !

Had a fantastic dinner at Bonnie Gull's. Can't rate it higly enough Small, intimate room (around 28 covers) - but everything from the welcome, service, bubbles, food and wine was really first class. Highly recommended and one of the most exciting finds for me in London in a long time

The restaurant has an informal, relaxed atmosphere with a choice of outside and inside seating - good for the summer. The restaurant has a corner location. Seafood is the main emphasis although there are meat options also. This was our second visit. Various fish dishes are freshly prepared and served at the correct temperature. The fish is cooked correctly. Service is friendly and efficient. The mains are served with accompanying potato of various sorts, but there are also sides available at extra cost for personal choice. In this respect we recommend the chunky chips which are quite something! The wine list has a good selection of moderately priced wines and we have been very satisfied with the house white - different each time but equally good. Free tap water is served as required. 12.5% service charge. Good place:depending on the day recommend booking either by phone or through top table. Walk in tables are kept also.

Everything we ate was cooked to perfection not even a second over IMHO. They also cared about how customers felt and if we enjoyed the meal. The staff were engaging as well. Even though it's a small place, the temperature was a bit cold.

Not only is it one of the best Seafood restaurants in London, it has one of the loveliest dining interiors, knowledgeable and friendly staff and I thoroughly recommend bringing a good bottle of fizz along for the Sunday BYOB
